Q: I just completed the registration process and know my username and password but I'm unable to access the site.

A: Before you can access the site, your Customer Care Representative needs to verify and process your registration. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing. If you have any questions in the meantime, contact your Customer Care Representative.

Q: My position has changed or I have changed locations and need to update my information.

A: Please contact your Customer Care Representative with the updated information.

If you require assistance with an order, please contact your Customer Care Representative. They will be able to assist you with the following issues and concerns:
  • Status of an order
  • Canceling or changing an order
  • Order received, but incorrect
  • Requests for invoice copies, purchase orders, or packing lists
